Pre-Game Routines: MLB

“My pre game routine is get my running and lifting in early in the day around 1-2. Then we will stretch as a team and throw around 3 which rolls into batting practice. Pre game I like to watch some video and focus in on the hitters I think I’ll be facing that night. Get dressed and head out to the bullpen ready to go.”
